Will ADRs hold up if switch ressies to DVC?

Hi I'm hoping someone might know the answer to my question:

If I book at the POP for instance and then make all my ADRs under that ressie #, what happens if I later decide to rent at a DVC resort instead? Will all of my ADRs made under the POP ressie # still hold up?
Anyone try this before?

We eventually will end up at BLT but were going to start out at the POP for a night or two. Now I am seeing that it might not be that much more to just rent out at another DVC resort before going to BLT.
(I wouldn't mind going back to AKV because we really what to eat at Boma one night anyway)

Thanks!

1) An ADR is an ADR.
2) They continue, even if ressie changes.

Thanks. Ok good!
I was a little worried because they ask for your reservation # and once I cancel that I wasn't sure if the ADR's connected to that would also get cancelled. I have heard that they are able to cancel your reservations if they overlap too. Is that true? Last time I was planning and undecided about where we were going to be exactly I overlapped a couple until I knew for sure then called back later to cancel the one I didn't need.

Nothing will happen. ADRs must be cancelled separately. The ONLY reason they would need a resort number is to 1) show you are eligible for 180 + 10 booking or 2) link your reservation to a room reservation with a dining plan if you want to avoid paying in full for CRT or a dinner show. There's no other reason for the "linkage" with a resort reservation number.

As for the automatic cancellation of overlapping reservations, there are tons of rumors out there, some coming from WDW-DINE indicating that the upgraded reservation system will have this as a feature, but I haven't seen that it's actually happening in most cases. What I recall seeing here is a situation where a guest with overlapping reservations called WDW-DINE (possibly to reconfirm their reservations) and brought it to the attention of a CM who took it upon themselves to cancel the overlapping reservations.
