This was in Kansas City in 2010. An organization called Thank You Walt Disney, Inc. is working to restore Walt's original Laugh-O-Gram Studio building and Bill was the guest for a "Dinner with Goofy" fundraiser. Somebody asked him if he could still do the holler and he did. It sounded just like it does in the cartoons.
