Has anybody bought wilderness lodge direct from Disney recently? What was the price per point you got it at? And how long were you in the wait list?

Current direct price per point is $160 for VWL/Boulder Ridge. Which is to say: $50-$70 per point higher than resale.

Unless I was just getting maybe 25 points and already owned there, I'd wait on the new resort or go resale.

There is a VWL 150 pt. contract for sale at $86/pt. Pretty good bargain vs. direct, especially for a 2042 resort. No way I would buy direct any 2042 property.
