Wilderness Lodge Renovations

Is it normal to get incorrect feedback from the Disney Chat people? Or for a renovation to not be listed even though it is going on? I’m under the impression Wilderness Lodge rooms are being renovated and I was wondering when they might be done with the rooms. The chat person told me there are no renovations scheduled for Wilderness Lodge, that Animal Kingdom is being renovated. I’ve read in some blogs and some posts on this forum as well that there was work being done before the coronavirus started. Thanks for any info on this!

Yes, you can get incorrect feedback from Disney chat people, Disney phone CMs, Disney staffers at the parks, etc. That's why Disboards is so popular. The most experienced posters here know a lot more than Disney's frontline customer service agents.
