Wilderness Lodge Pool Depth?

How deep is the shallowest part of the WL pool? When we went last time our girls were pretty much in the kiddie pool the whole time. I don't remember there being stairs into the big pool and I know it is not zero entry. It is 3 feet along the sides? Thanks!

I would say that 3 feet is about right- my then 4 1/2 year old could definitely stand up but it is deeper on the right hand side (opposite water slide exit) where the water comes into the pool from the lodge and is probably at least 4-5 feet in the middle.

think it is 3' - the deep part is more in the middle.

there are definitely steps.

the might like the one at VWL better - it is smaller and no slide - so pretty tame in comparision.

Really there are steps? I do not remember steps. I remember having to hop in, there was no gradual area my then 2 year old go into. If there were stairs I would have walked her down stairs. Are you sure? I can definitely be wrong

there are steps - can't get in pools w/o steps. definitely been in wl pool.

There are steps, we were there this summer and my son, 3, had to wear "floaties" the whole time when not in the kiddie pool. He stayed around the step area and had a good time. Like the pool but wish it were a zero-entry. We really enjoyed the Poly's pool for that very reason. (but I enjoy WL's price much better )

Yep there are definitely stairs to get in. You have to be careful because it drops off a bit right after you get in because the slide ends up over there. It is 3 or 3.5 as you get in and move to the right and then it goes to 4 and is 4 or 4.5 around the slide.

As you move more towards the middle and curl around the back side of the slide where the creek runs into the pool from the WL, it tops out at 5.5 I think.

Its a neat pool with a fairly tame slide.
