Wilderness Lodge Distance from TTC

Can someone tell me how far The Wilderness Lodge is from the TTC? Is it walking distance, or do you have to take the bus? Does the WL boat stop at the TTC? This may influance if I stay at the Wilderness Lodge.

Although the WL is close to the TTC- it is not really a safe walking distance- no sidewalks, big roads etc. It really is only like a 3 minute bus ride- very easy.

The boats only go to the MK, CR and FW- a big boat for the MK run and a smaller boat to CR.

I loved the transportation options at the WL- the boat going from WL to MK was fun and ran regularly. Bus was also efficient. The day we had an early PS at MK (before the park opened) we hopped on the TTC bus and then got on the Monorail. Easy.

You can also take the boat to CR and then the monorail to TTC if you want to go to Epcot. TTC is the first stop after CR. Not sure that is time efficient though, as I have not tried that exact combo! I know CR to Epcot by monorail is fairly quick and fun as we stayed at CR and did this. I also know WL to CR by boat is quick as we stayed at WL and did this. Never threw them together though. It would depend on how long you have to wait for the transportation at each place.
