Wilderness Lodge deluxe rooms

We got a free dining pin for Dec so I went ahead a booked a room. We were looking at either the BW or WL but the BW was sold out. So WL here we come. We have stayed there before but not in a deluxe room. Can anyone tell me about them? Pictures. I would love to hear anything. This is an unexpected trip and we are very excited. Thanks.

The Pics below are from 2005 before the interior remodel. The layout is the same though. These are great rooms. They are not huge but feel roomy because of the shape and because there are loads of windows letting in a lot of light. They have two balconies. One for sitting off the living room and a standing (or one chair) balcony off the bedroom. You can enter the vanity from the entry hall or the bedroom and then the bathroom is off the vanity. Awesome rooms.

We stayed in a WL deluxe CL room just last September and we really enjoyed the layout (and the resort). We had a lot of space (we are a family of six) and enjoyed the many windows and the views we had.

I had no idea these deluxe rooms even existed - they look so nice for a family. I'll have to look into them for my trip next year.

We had the deluxe room several years ago (before the DVC villas) and we loved it. Our room looked over the pool and lake..it was roomy for 2 adults and 2 children. Loved it.
