Wilderness Lodge Concierge

Were planning on returning to the Wilderness Lodge for another visit, but are interested in doing concierge this time so I'm looking for some feedback, please help!!

WL Concerige is very nice, but it does not have a separate lounge area like other resorts do. Instead the "lounge" area is on the floor overlooking the lobby. There are comfortable chairs, rockers and tables around for you to sit at.

The staff are terrific -- especially Randall. He helped manage our anniversary vacation last May and he did a fantastic job of helping us maximize our vacation time. He got us great seats for Hoop-Dee-Doo and Cirque; he also managed numerous PS requests and changes for us. He really embodies the Disney magic.

I believe you would have a terrific time there!

We very much enjoyed WL concierge. It was so nice to simply walk down the hall for breakfast. The staff was very helpful. If you need something, don't hesitate to ask. If you need bottled water, milk, or anything you don't see on buffet table, don't hestitate to ask! The staff always responded quickly, and with a smile.

Go for it! Wilderness Lodge was actually out first concierge stay, and it was quite by accident. We were booked for WL a year ago for an after-Christmas/New Year's stay. At checkin we were somehow upgraded to the concierge level. Talk about Disney Christmas magic!!! It was a great stay, and everyone in the party enjoyed it immensely. Be sure to put in your name to have a chance at raising the flags on top of the resort. We got to do that on New Year's Day 2002. We had a great view of the Magic Kingdom, Seven Seas Lagoon, and monorail resorts.

Our first experience was at Wl and we loved it!!! We got a great rate at check-in and had a MK view. You'll really enjoy it!!!

We came back from WL Concierge a few weeks ago and we LOVED it!!!

The Resort is amazing and the concierge was just the icing on the cake. The CM were amazing, the food was great. You will have an amazing time!!

It is well worth the money IMO!!!
