Please tell me how beautiful it is. We are on the fence about cancelling our December trip, but I really don't want to. We had a LONG and HOT trip just a few weeks ago, and I think the heat really got us this time. But I'm thinking December might be nice - crowded, but I'm used to that. We've been once at Christmas back in 1996 and I remember it did get warm - 80 degrees. But I can take the 80's just not 90's with a heat index of nearly 100.

So, is the WL really spectacular at Christmas? I imagine it would be. If anyone has pictures they can share, I'd love to see them.

Thanks!

We LOVE the WL at Christmas! We've stayed twice in Dec. and won't stay anywhere else. I have a couple of pics, but they don't look as good as the Christmas ones on www.allearsnet.com Go, you'll love it!

I haven't been during Xmas yet but will this year. Everything I read here though says how beautiful the WL and everywhere else is beautiful for Christmas. I say GO FOR IT, lol.

You will have a wonderful time! We spent Christmas there last year for the first time and will be spending again this year.
In my opinion, it is the best Christmas decorated resort in Disney!

If there's a resort that was designed for Christmas in mind... it is WL!!!!

Yes, the WL is spectacular at Christmas. I still think the GF has prettier decorations, but WL comes in firmly at #2.

Another vote for WL here. We were there 2nd week of dec. last year and absolutely loved it. It gives a very cozy feeling, with all the decorations :santa: and the fireplace :goodvibes In the afternoon there is a choir (sp?) which adds to the magic.
Still not enough posts to insert picture, will be happy to when I can.

Have a wonderful stay!!!

We stayed at the WL last Dec. (the 16-23). We got out just before Christmas and the crowds were already getting crazy!! It is a beautiful resort, though and I would highly recommend it at Christmastime.

WL is beautiful at Christmastime. If you go early December the crowds really aren't that bad. When we were there it was warm during the day, my DH always wore shorts, but I usually wore jeans or long pants. In the evening it was cooler, sometime you needed a light jacket. We live in PA so we have cold weather in December and we loved the weather. It was funny to some people, I guess they were from a warmer climate, wearing heavy jackets at night in 65 degree weather.
