I picked this up during the Toys R Us buy 2 get 1 free sale a couple weeks back. It is a lot of fun esp if you've been on the ride and enjoyed that. The only bad thing I can say about it is that if you aren't familiar with video games (like me) it can take a while to figure out how to make your own lineup of games. DH figured it out in like 10secs and showed me. It is very simple once you know what to do! LOL

But my 3yr old can play the games on his own so it's pretty user friendly IMO.

We love the real thing at WDW - just not sure how well that translates to a Wii game.

Just bought it today at Target during their buy 2 get one free sale for Christmas. We LOVE the ride at Disney. Giving it to DD for Christmas if I can keep my hands off it!

I've had it since the day it came out. LOVE IT! The games are very similar to the ride at WDW, which is kind of cool for the kidlet, because she recognized it. You can choose your own games (like someone else mentioned), which is also cool.

The only downside is that the day after you play it for the first time, your arms will hurt. Seriously, I couldn't life my arm after playing for like 3 hours. And I was dumb and couldn't figure out why!

It is fun. Just ok in my opinion. DD was a little bored of some of the games. We just rented it from the video place. Glad we did. I wouldn't buy it.

I rented it through gamefly. My kids played it for the first time yesterday for a couple hours. I will wait and see if they love before I buy it.

I would definitely recommend renting it at Blockbuster before purchasing it. That's what we did, and I found it to be just "OK". The 3D effects were not spectacular, and many of the games were the same kind of thing over and over. In all fairness, my DS liked it OK. But I just don't think it's worth the premium price tag.

I agree with all of this. We rented, and I don't think we'll be buying. A few games of shoot the target or shoot the plate is cute, but there are a LOT of those. DD8 mastered a few of the games and lost interest in the few days we had it. I'd pay $20, but not $45.

And the 3D is only on a handful of games, not the whole storyline. We were disappointed in that.

I agree with all the shaking!! I am not too game savvy and I was shaking like a mad women. Also the Shakin Bacon game.....I was doing all the pig moves, and not just with my hand!! We were !! Fun for the whole family!

My husband bought this for my birthday almost a month ago and we all love it. It is just like the ride and very easy for all of us to play including my 3 and 5 year old daughters.

The bad thing i saw is that it doesn't really save. it says it does but there is no "load" option so all the hard work you put in on day one is gone the next day. We haven't played since the first day because it isn't worth all the effort if we aren't planning on finishing the entire game in one day.

We really like the game, but haven't played it enough yet to justify purchasing it when we did. It's one of those games that, while fun for Disney fans, won't stay at full price for long. My guess would be that if you wait until after Thanksgiving, you should be able to find it for $30 or so. Just a guess.

That's funny.... ours saved when we used it. We played story mode once (probably took about 45 minutes) and we had enough tickets to buy most of the games in free play mode. Then we went back into the game next day and all those free play games were available to us. We didn't stop halfway through story mode, though so I don't know about saving there.

This is our best wii purchase. It is much like the ride, but many more games. My kids and I play it much more than any other wii game we have ever gotten. Love it!

See that's the thing- we didn't finish story mode and I like to be able to save and go back to it to finish it. I don't even know if we unlocked the other games.

We have had it since day one. My two kids love it (ages 3 and 7). Dh and I really hate shaking the remote at the end of many of the games. We love the alot of the games. We didn't like the story mode and the 3d effects are kind of lame. Overall this is a good family game. We enjoy playing this together rather than watching television. Hope this helps.
