I hope this will make sense :lmao:.

Our Wii game came with a sensor bar, but, when playing Raving Rabbits & trying to deliver the package before it blows up - we can never make it. Its like the little man will stop & go :headache:. No matter how fast we are moving the controls :confused3.

Does the sensor bar even matter with this game & would the upgraded sensor bar make a difference?

Maybe its just the game, but, at this pace we will never make it pass the 'story' level, its really frustrating :headache:.

So far between the Wii Sports (game that came with it), Raving Rabbits, Mario Party 8 & Mario Kart...Ds and I only like the boxing and Mario Kart :upsidedow.

Please tell me it gets better with time or the system gets better with adding something to it :rotfl: (like a sensor bar upgrade).

It could be just the game. I don't have Raving Rabbits (although I REALLY wanted it!). But there have been times when playing Samba De Amigo that the sensor bar just doesn't seem to be picking up our actions. I'd say that it's probably either just the game, or it could be that you need to change the way you're making the motions just slightly. I've noticed that some games are VERY particular about the positioning of the controllers.
I wouldn't go out and buy a new sensor bar just for the one game though. I'd keep trying it and see if you can make it work with the one you have.

BTW...Mario Kart is the big favorite in our house!!
And my brother's kids got it for Christmas, so now we can play online with them!!! :thumbsup2

Here is what I tell my kids.. when they complain, that it's not working... back up.

They stand WAY too close to the tv.. you need to be back.. like 6-10 feet or so.. then, the sensor bar will pick it up.

We've never upgraded the sensor bar. The boys love Raving Rabbits.

mario kart is my favorite, along with guitar hero.

There are wireless sensor bars that work pretty good and do make some games easier to play You might able to find them at Walmart or Target/

We don't have any problems with our sensor bar and Raving Rabbids, though DS swears it's not picking up his movement. It usually has more to do with him not pointing it the right way or moving it wrong.

We have all three Raving Rabbids games but the second and third one get played more than anything else!

Thanks everyone. Dh tried it last night and it worked great for him. It must be something that me and ds are doing wrong :confused3. We will have to 'practice' our technique :rotfl:.
