Wii games to download online??

We bought a Wii for the family for Christmas. I am wondering how you set it up for online play and downloading games. What are good sites and how do you do this?

You actually set it up thru the Wii it self. Not really sure how to do it ( my husband had his tech guy set ours up when he installed the wireless router).
You can download games right off the Wii thru Wii shop. Buy points cards @ Target or Toys R Us so you don't have to put your credit card online. games average 500 -1000 points Hope that helps.
