I just LOVE my Wii Fit! Got it about a week after Christmas when luckily finally found in store. I have to agree with the hula hoop, really feel it in my abs, and I hate ab exercises, also great for aerobics. Love the yoga and the strength training also. In just the short time I've been doing it I definitely see a more firmness and tone, particularly in my legs and butt. My husband even commented on it. I don't have a real weight prob but I think people of all fit levels can benefit. I love making up the Mii's, I have ones for myself and family and love the way they go into the games and balance games which are so fun. I really love the Wii also, just the Wii, we got that for Christmas and I HATE video games. We laugh so hard doing all this. Its hard to explain it unless you try one, but its a really amazing piece of equipment. I disagree that the trainers are soft tho, said to me, "Do you trip when you walk?" Oh geez that was funny, I guess my balance isn't up to snuff yet, lol. Highly recommend it, so much fun and different.
