Wii Fit

I've already spent 10 hours unlocking all kinds of new stuff!! Right now I'm really liking the advanced step training. But then again, I did do countless hours of Step Reebok in high school!!! And let me tell you, it was much easier then!! ;)

Quick question for everyone/anyone:
Do you do your body test at the same time of day each session?
I can't commit to doing it the same time of day so my weight is all over the place. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. Ideally, I wish I could do it first thing in the morning but I already get up at 4:30am and can barely function as it is!!!

For that very reason, if I can't do the test when I first wake up, I don't do it that day. This means I usually only do it three times a week or so. I just wish it wouldn't give me a hard time for not testing each day. It doesn't factor that I'm working out in training almost daily which is the important part.

From everything I've read, you really aren't supposed to weigh yourself daily anyway. A bump up in weight after a day of eating right and exercising can be very discouraging!

I wii fit three times a week and at a different time each day (Tuesday- after work, Saturday- when I first get up, Sunday- around 1 pm). My weight does change a little, but not enough to make me worry. My problem is that I run the three days I don't wii (and 1 rest day) but it yells at me for not coming on every day.

I do have a question though.... in the advance step, how to you make it realize the green feet. When I lift my knee I only get an "ok" each time.

I don't do it as regularly as I should, but my entire family loves Wii Fit. My DH has lost 4 lbs so far, my DD enjoys it and it's a great way to work out as a family.

I got it about 2 weeks ago - for myself. Now I can't get DH and DS off it to use it myself. ;) They love it. And I think I do, too, if I could ever get on it without both of them staring at me.

I love my Wii Fit. I have been doing it almost everyday for about only 30 minutes each time, for 2 weeks and so far have lost 10 pounds. If you don't do it the same time everyday then your weight is all over the place. The advanced step- when the green foot is on- it is just timing. I love the free step- I do it for 30 minutes. That has become my new favorite, as of yesterday.

I just picked up the wii fit yesterday at Walmart.
My wii fit age is 7 years younger than I actually am. I don't do regular excerise at all.
I have about 25 lbs to lose. I found this strange has this happened to anyone else?

You kick your leg out in front of you. Not too violently though. ;)
