Wifi quality in the Disney resorts

The wifi can be described as "usable." Don't download or upload anything or you'll regret it.

I agree with this. EDIT: Just saw your post OP. Glad you had decent wifi at the resorts. In my experience wifi in the parks has always been pretty blah.

DH used the wifi at Epcot while in the Soarin que since he had no phone signal and he said it was "decent".

Now that Disney has the Play app, I've found the wifi in the queues to be really good, but that's only because they're recent installations. General park areas hit or miss.

Does anyone have a report of how the wifi is at recently refurbished resorts like CBR, OKW?

I found the wifi to be more reliable during my 2018 trip than my 2017 one.
