Wierdest name you've ever heard

As a peds nurse I've come across some pretty weird names, but I think the one I remember most was a girl I went to college with: Chrysanthemum. She went by Chris. Any wonder?

I've worked with a Precious, Happiness, and Wonderful. One of my faves was a male named Innocent

Gimmee a break:rolleyes:

I just learned today from reading People Magazine that one of Germaine Jackson's sons is named Germajesty - narcissistic and stupid, all in one!

Jane

I read that yesterday. TG for People, right?:rotfl2:

Uniqua. And I don't mean the cartoon character that seems to be popular nowadays.

Yes. I've seen birth announcements online for Genocide, Aryan Nation, Jacup (my favorite - it always makes me giggle), etc.

If we add town names, we have Intercourse, PA. I can't imagine moving to that town and having to explain that to everyone... :lmao:

Phlamydia..

yes, replace the C sound with an F sound on that ever so popular STD name
:sad2:

My mom works with someone named Barbara Doll and yes they call her Barbie.

I've had some students with very interesting names, but my favorite was a boy named Makanaki. I giggled inside a little every time I said it

Siblings.... Cotton, Denim & Cashmere.

Thank Goodness they stopped at 3 kids .....I would feel bad for little Polyester.

Ashole' :scared1:

Pronounced Ash O Lay ........ but you figure out what that girl is gonna be facing one day.

I once worked with a lady by the name of Queen.

She was nice, but I still wonder what are parents thinking when they name their kids? I mean what if the kid was named Precious and was a holy terror?

They usually are (I'm a para educator).

:rotfl::rotfl: I hope the last two were boys ... Denny and Cash. Not sure how to shorten Cotton, though.

As long as Polyester was a girl -- that could be shortened to either Polly or Esther.

I knew someone with the last name Cockburn. Talk about fodder for teasing in school ... and with it his last name there's no way to escape it.

My sister had a client whose son's name was Cosmic Wonder. A friend had a student named Shebediana.
