What is the best way to get there? There is a Spring Training game when we are going to be there in March and I may surprise DS. But we will not have a car. Can you walk from Pop or is is not safe?

There should be buses running from Pop to WWOS during events there, such as spring training games.
No you cannot walk there even though it is pretty close, there are no sidewalks nor crosswalk at Osceola Pkwy.
