Wicking long sleeve shirts? Help! UPDATE! FOUND IT!

Do you find you only want to buy running clothes now? The last two times I've been to Target the rest of my peeps have bought/wanted all sorts of random stuff, and I've just been in the C9 section!

Well, I am new to running (just registered for my 1st 5K on Dec. 1st). But of course I have been shopping! Two days ago I bought a great long-sleeve wicking shirt from Target that is a loose fit ... it has a small pocket and it terrific (and pretty cheap too!)

Plus, what is the deal with the baby built in mittens? Given I'm short the sleeves and mittens hung like three inches past my hands. I looked like something from a Dr. Seuss book.

This is funny - especially since I actually bought one of these shirts without trying it on before I read this post for the first time. For some reason I found the baby built in mittens kind of appealing, for keeping ones hands from freezing here in the bitter North, but now I think about it, they are kind of silly. It seems like they are more suited for keeping me from unwittingly scratching my face with my tough to trim baby fingernails.

I don't understand why the different Targets have such a different selection of the C9.

Got the LLBean shirt yesterday. I don't like it nearly as much as the LandsEnd. I ordered the small and it was huge. The petite small LandsEnd fit much better. I want loose, but it was really loose.
It also didn't look as sporty. I'm returning it and just ordered another one off LandsEnd.

So there ya go.

Not sure why they're not showing up on the Kohls website, but my favorite long sleeve wicking shirts are by Tek Gear and are on sale for $9.99 at Kohls.
