...does Top Chef have to come on at 10PM??

I want to watch it so badly but I am exhausted. Beyond exhausted.

Why do they do shows that late?? Don't they know we work!?

OH! Thanks for reminding me! I KNEW there was something I was trying to remember about tonight. I'd been down the checklist...neither kid has an activity, nothing going on at the school, it isn't Bunco night...hmmmmmmm.

But ya know, Bravo plays the episode several times over the course of the week. Is there a better time you can catch it maybe?

I know! Thank goodness for DVR!!! I was excited that it was on tonight when I saw I was recording something at 8 o'clock. When I turned the channel I saw that it doesn't come on until 10 and it was another show recording for my husband. **sigh** Guess we'll watch it tomorrow.

Thats why I am thankful for my DVR. I don't get home till after 11pm most nights so I miss all the good shows. Without my DVR I probably wouldn't have watched any tv in a couple of years.

Stuff like that is exactly why I prefer living in the Central time zone rather than the Eastern (the only two I've tried - sorry Pacific).

In the central time zone, the latest show is 9pm. You can still watch it, make a 10pm bedtime and get 8 hours of sleep for a 6am wake up.

In the eastern time zone, the latest show is 10pm. If you stay up for it, you're best bet is 7 hours and that's only if you go to sleep immediately.

On topic, I like Top Chef. It's a good show. And they do show it numerous times over the week so you can catch it another time but it just seems like if you really like something you want to watch it the first time it's on.

We never watch shows when they are on, we dvr them and watch them the next day or 20 minutes after they start so we don't have to watch commercials.

I tape Ghost Whisperer every week because I don't like to watch it at night . We dvr Criminal Minds and watch it about 25 minutes after it starts.

DVR has ruined me for regular television!!
