I would pick Yacht Club. It's more elegant. IMHO, the point of going on a vacation, is to do something we can't do here at home. We are a family of 5, so elegance is a treat.

I believe all the rooms at the Yacht Club have full balconies (or patios if on the first floor), while some of the rooms at the Beach Club have full balconies and others have half balconies. If a full balcony is really important to you, then the Yacht Club would guarantee it. I believe some of the rooms at the Beach Club have views of Epcot, while none of the rooms at the Yacht Club do. Just some thoughts.

The Yacht club rooms were recently renovated. Renovations should be starting soon at the beach club. You wouldn't want to be in the middle of that, or be in an older room if you could have a newer one

The beach club is a closer walk to epcot.

I've heard that some of the BC rooms are smaller and have 2 double beds instead of 2 queens.

It's not looking like a tough decision, is it?

Both are great resorts. The YC is more formal than the BC. I've only stayed at the BC, and really enjoyed it. Next time I'll try the YC, as I prefer the darker colors to the pastels (seafoam green and coral are the main colors in the room at the BC).
