Why would MK close at 6pm if not MNSSHP?

We had something similar happen during our last trip, but with DHS. I can’t imagine any scenario where you may be affected, but be aware that the transportation availability changes as well. We were not trying to go do dhs on said night, but wanted to get to the International Gateway of Epcot, and so we took a bus to dhs from our resort and luckily caught the last friendship boat (dhs stop) to the IG. We had no idea dhs was closing early (I never bothered to look being that we were just going to transfer there...). For you, the monorails will still have to run anyways bc of Epcot but just be aware.

Stinks that they would do this during party season where we already lose so much MK evening time.

Not right that MK is open twice maybe even once (I can’t recall if that Friday has a party) during our 6 night stay past 6 PM. My trip is adults only and our focus is not MK so we’ll make it work, but I will never plan a family trip during the back almost half of the year. Hoping for decent weather on the single night we get to stay at MK past 6.

This is why we don't like peak party season. I'd rather go Thanksgiving week when the parks are open late and the weather is dang near perfect.

Guess it's good I'm a teacher and locked into certain travel dates. I wouldn't travel during winter break as I prefer the warmer weather and all rides open. It's summer or spring break for us!

Touring Plans was “guessing” this party for Monday Nov 4th. Until about a week ago when they adjusted Nov 4th back to 9pm. So I’m thinking the cast member party too.

The c m service celebration is in December .

Also, the park will close at 4pm that day.

• An individual or family rented the park out for the evening (This would be expensive, but I have heard of it happening, so if you ever find someone that does this, let them know they can send extra money my way any time they want)
