Why was Marie moved from Epcot to MK

We went to MK at Easter and I didn't even know who Marie was. I told my daughter she was meeting the Easter Bunny and didn't realize it was actually a cat until MUCH later...

We love Marie. She was one of our "must do" attractions when we visited the MK this summer. We've been spending most of our Disney time at DLR lately, so wanted to make sure we didn't miss her when we had the chance.

I hope she comes back to being meetable in the Disneyland Resort.

I remember at Disneyland they have a game of Musical Chairs hosted by The Mad Hatter and Alice and would sometimes invite various Disney characters such as Pinocchio,Chip and Dale, Jasmine etc. If Marie started doing meet and greets at Disneyland's Magic Kingdom. It would be so much fun to watch Marie wandering around certain area in the park or hanging out with the Hatter and joining for a game of Musical Chairs at the Coke Corner. Disneyland is one of the only Disney Parks left that still allows wandering characters next to Tokyo Disney Resort.

My daughter loves Marie! My mom bought her a book about Marie and she loved that book. She finally saw the Aristocrats this summer and we met Marie in October. She has such a cute personality. She is the only one my daughter broke away from me to run and hug.

What's the name of the book? It might be the one where she tours France with Roquefort Jr from the 2006 book.

It was a little foam board book for toddlers, Simply Adorable. I searched for it and found that other book! Now I have some books to buy for Christmas.

You welcome, the book I have is called "Disney Maire" by Kitty Richards and the illustrations is beautiful to look at.

I also own a book (Zipper Book as it's called) which contains a CD. That is called "Disney Marie A is for Adorable A Fabulous Alphabet" from 2007 while short I would highly recommend you using headphones if you own a CD player or a computer that can play CDs and DVDs. The narrator for that book is so soothing and cute to lesson. Also if you own a CD player and read-along with it. The CD has a theme song for Marie called "Everyone Loves Marie" which is also cute,sweet, and peaceful to lesson to. The intro and outro has lyrics while an instrumental version plays throughout the CD.

Also another Marie book that's coming this December is called "We Love Marie" part of the Disney Tails series.
