Why so much pressure to eat in MDR on debarkation morning?

I do think the first couple of buses from MCO Hyatt are basically the first to arrive at port, possibly prior to the terminal opening.

We did transfers from MCO Hyatt in September and were the first bus to leave the hotel. We arrived a little after 10 am and they let us into the terminal right away and checked us in. I was surprised because I thought they didn't open the terminal until 10:30. It Wasn't my favourite experience - all very efficient, but we still had to sit in the terminal for two hours waiting for boarding numbers to be called.
