TP is predicting large crowds that day. Why is that?
I've been in WDW on SuperBowl Sunday and it was super quiet. EasyWDW gave all 4 parks green on that day. What's the difference with the west coast?
Sunday's are always crowded/busy at Disneyland. Why would this particular Sunday be any different?
Because over 100 million people watch it. Those aren't numbers to sneeze at, no Measles pun intended.
Because they do not know what they are doing at DLR and their predictions are not just incorrect, but flawed in methodology.

I suspect that Superbowl Sunday can be crowded because Sundays are generally crowded and not everyone is going to be interested in the Superbowl.
I know there were reports from 2014 indicating that it was very busy (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3230845).
I also think time zones could impact the difference in crowds at WDW and DLR. In Orlando, the game is at 4:30. That would be 7:30 in California making a trip to a park during the day more feasible.
No it wouldn't. The game kickoff is at 6:30 PM EST. That's 3:30 PM PST.
Fair enough. My point is I would not base anything on what TP says. Now basing something on what others here say is experience, that is something different. While I agree with you that TP predictions are horrible at best, I read these questions about Superbowl Sunday every year, and every year after the game there are reports about how slammed the park was.
There were a few reports (in one thread, linked upthread) that Super Sunday was pretty busy in 2014. I'm curious to hear what it is like this year...hopefully someone who goes will report back.I will pay more attention this year but I do not recall reports of DLR being slammed on Super Sunday.
