Ya...I have only vaguely been paying attention to what's been going on since I don't have any prospects for a trip any time in the near future but I'm not thinking I will like what's going on as far as fast pass or lightening lane or whatever it is right now!
We headed back out and to the bathroom across the way. Skye was pushing the wheel chair and tripped me as i was getting out and i fell to the ground pretty hard. I was shaken up for a minute there...but ok.
We love it at night in The World, everything is so pretty!
At 9:28pm we headed into the Speedway. Standby said 25 minutes. We don't usually wait long for this and 25 minutes wasn't bad here. So we got in line.
I don't remember ever seeing the Speedway decorated like that but maybe we just have never been on it at night at Christmastime??? We were off at 10:00pm.
...at Space Mountain! We got there at 10:31pm. Standby said 75 minutes....we were off at 10:55pm. We now all enjoy this one, it wasn't always that way!
Tyler bought a Mandalorian shirt and socks at the dump shop and then we tried these on for size!
We decoded to go to Adventureland next by way of Liberty Square...
And we stopped for a ride with Pirates using our fast passes at 11:26pm...standby said 10 minutes....we were off at 11:42pm.
Afterwards we walked towards Main Street...
...and decided to hop on the Jingle Crusie at 11:45pm...we were shocked at the tiny line!
We were off at 12:01am and headed up to catch a bus.
December 28, 2019 (Saturday) we were up at 7:40am somehow! We did out morning thing and headed to the bus stop.
We were on a bus at 10:10am and the driver pulled away leaving people at the stop even though there was still a bunch of seats available???
We got to Animal Kingdom and headed for our Dinosaur fast passes.
We got there at 10:37am.
There was a line for standby but we bypassed it all. After, we walked through again and headed across the park.
We headed into Satu’li Canteen for lunch.
They were not letting you in unless you were eating...which i like and don't like all at the same time. We mobile ordered at 11:28am...
We got a Kid's Cheeseburger Steam Pod : steamed cheeseburger pod stuffed with ground beef, ketchup, mustard, pickle, and cheddar served with vegetable chips and cuties mandarin, and choice of small water or lowfat milk ($7.99)...with grapes and an apple juice.
I really love these and the kids love the chips.
We also got the Kid's "Teylu" All-Beef Hot Dog Wrapped in Dough All-Beef Hot Dog served with Vegetable Chips ($7.29) with grapes and a water.
They liked this a lot.
And then we got a White Chocolate Peppermint Mousse ($5.29).
We were kinda just getting a little to eat since we had a reservation for actual lunch. We all like it here. Our total was $21.92. This place is really pretty inside and has real plates and silverware.
We had Flight of Passage fast passes for now so I stayed there and the rest of them went to ride. Someone rode twice using my fast pass since i was not in the mood to deal with fitting or not.
They left for our Flight of Passage fast passes at 11:44am and then we headed over to Asia for our lunch reservations. We checked in right at 1pm and were seted at 1:07pm upstairs, right by the stairs.
We ordered drinks. I'm not sure what this was but I am assuming it is non-alcoholic and Skyler's since we were paying out of pocket I don't think we would have ordered drink drinks...LOL...
We got a usual appetizer of Pork Pot Stickers - pan seared or steamed, soy lime dipping sauce ($12.99).
Which, as we know, are my favorite! And Lettuce Cupe For Two - minced chicken breast, chopped vegetables, Saigon Hoisin sauce, crisp lettuce cups ($19.99).
These are really good! We have tried to make these at home but HOW DO YOU GET THE LETTUCE TO HOLD TOGETHER??? We have tried different kinds of lettuce and butter lettuce works best but still not as strong...what am I missing???
For entrees we ordered the Lo Main - Lo Mein noodles, carrots, cabbage, green onions, bean sprouts; Shrimp ($23.49).
This was new for us. I liked it, Skye picked some noodles out but none of the other stuff and Ty wouldn't even try it. It was really good though. I'm always hesitant to order new items places because if I don't like I will be mad I didn't just order what I know I like but this time I was pleased.
Tyler had his usual...
The Grilled Kobe Beef Burger - 10 oz grilled American Kobe beef burger, sesame-soy mayonnaise, crispy fries; topped with choice of shiitake mushroom & scallion compote or Asian slaw ($24.49) with everything on the side. He loves this every tie we come here. It's a good burger.
We also had Sweet and Sour Chicken - tempura chicken, ginger, garlic, bell peppers, pineapple with jasmine or brown rice ($22.99)...which is Skye's new thing.
We got white rice. There is a lot of food here and we were all able to have a bit.
And one last thing...House Fried Rice ($16.49)...which was expensive for fried rice but it was a lot of rice and it was good.
They brought fortune cookies for dessert and we all randomly picked ours...
Not sure which belonged to who but they were all good.
Our total here was around $130.00 but it was a lot of food and we even brought some back with us. They did have a 10% discount for Annual Pass holders. We were out of there at 2:26pm.
Yak & Yeti is our favorite at Animal Kingdom...we seem to go here every trip, on or off the dining plan.
We just love Animal Kingdon and don't understand why it doesn't get more love...
Along the way we stopped for dessert...
...and I'm not sure what this is or where it's from??? But we also stopped at Anandapur Ice Cream Truck for a vanilla soft served waffle cone ($5.29)...
How we had room for those, I do not know but we did! And we continued on our way as we ate until we came to this...
Why we thought this was a good idea after lunch and dessert, i do not know but luckily none of us has a weak stomach so we were all good! We headed into line...
We got through quickly and enjoyed our visit with the Yeti...
And headed through the dump shop at 3:31pm and out.
We had Safari fast passes so we headed there at 4:17pm. We were on a handicapped truck at 4:28pm even though i was not in my chair. The wheelchair latch part was broken so they were not using it for wheel chairs at the time.

At 5:30pm we were at the Port Orleans French Quarter bus stop. No buses were coming through for French Quarter. We watched bus after bus pull on but none for us. Finally at 6:11pm we were on a bus and at French Quarter at 6:45pm. We walked through to the boat dock.
We arrived at Disney Springs at 7:19pm and it was crazy crowded. We picked up a wheelchair but the rental does not carry over from the parks so we had to re-rent and it was a painful chore!
We stopped at Sunshine Churros Cart...
...for a Strawberry CHeesecake Churros ($6.25)...
It was ok as far as churros go...seemed a little stale but churros usually taste stale to me so maybe it's just me.
We headed right over to Christmas Tree Trail. WOW...this was pretty cool, yet crowded!
The Magic Kingdom tree.
The Minnie Mouse tree.
Beauty and the Beast.
Sleeping Beauty.
Princess and the Frog.
Pinocchio.
Villans.
Tangled.
Lion King.
Fantasia.
Mary Poppins.
Peter Pan.
Star Wars.
Dumbo.
Cinderella.
Haunted Mansion.
Toy Story.
Snow White.
Mulan.
Frozen.
Aladdin.
Ariel.
I'm not sure if that's all the trees or not...it seems like there were more but maybe not. It was a really crowded maze of people in there so he was difficult moving with a wheel chair but it was doable and we didnt want to miss it.
Afterwards we stopped at Starbucks again. Everything had Christmas names here.
After that we headed back the way we came (the Christmas Tree Trail was on the opposite end of Disney Springs) and stopped at The Daily Poutine Gourmet Fritesfor an order of Italian Poutine...French fries, Mozzarella and Bolognese Sauce ($9.99).
I'm not sure if the kids tried any of these or not...I mean, there is not really ,much about this they wouldn't eat in other circumstances but it was good, if not odd. To me, it didn't all bend together enough as a dish. It was good, just not something i necessarily would crave.
Then we stopped at our favorite ATM...
I know one was a sprinkle cupcake, one was a salted caramel cupcake, but I am not sure what the others were. We always love Sprinkles cucpakes...plus they come from am ATM....WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE ABUT THAT?!?!?
We headed to the bus after that. It was about 9:41pm.
We were on a bus at 10:04pm heading back to All Star Movies. When we got back everyone was hungry fo we stopped at World Premiere Food Court for food. We got a Large Pepperoni Pizza Dinner - house-made pepperoni pizza with salad and bread sticks ($29.99) and when we got it it also came with a salad.
Looks like there is an extra box of bread sticks there too???
