Why no rooms for dec 4th

We have decided to make a quick trip from Texas dec 5-7 to go to MVMCP and take in some Christmas. However there are no rooms available everywhere I check. What’s up? Usually that is not a crazy busy time.

I believe that's Pop Warner week, so lots of values full with sports groups. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong on my Pop Warner dates).

The "big" new Star Wars: (edit, Galaxy's... don't want the SW people after me) Edge ride opens 12/5.

Disney's room availability algorithms are sometimes not kind to those looking to book short stays.

Probably a combination of all of the above are involved.

Travelocity has the Dolphin for $215 a night. The perfect location for hitting the Disney Studios.

And it shows CSR for $257.

Hmmmm great info! We have no desire to see the Star Wars stuff so I did not think of that! Interesting that Travelocity shows room when Disney web site doesn’t. I will check it out. Thanks!!! It has been awhile since we did a short last minute trip....much harder now, for sure!

We had to book two single night reservations at ASMusic for the 13th and 14th for our weekend trip. I am wondering if I can call to combine them into one reservation.
