Why no Concierge at Contemporary?

I am using points to stay at the Contemporary and noticed that in the list of points there is no option for the concierge/club floor -- when you call for a cash res and ask for a Tower room they offer you either floors 5-11 or floor 12 which is the club level and it's more expensive but this is the area I would like -- does the Tower room points include both levels??

I'm doing this to bump this up because I really want/need an answer if someone could find out for me -- I don't have my membership # yet since I'm buying resale. Again, my question is if the Tower room points are for the Tower Club rooms as well since they do NOT have them listed -- just Tower rooms in general.

It is for the tower room only... not club level. I asked MS once and they said the CR was the only one of the deluxes that turned DVC down..... She didnt know why, but shared my bummedness (if that is a word) SO you can stay in the Tower... just not at the Club level...
