IF the license ever ends and Disney gets the rights back, the only attraction that would be rather difficult to re-theme would be Spider-Man. Hulk's just a coaster, and the Dr. Doom Fear Fall and Storm G-Force are off-the shelf carny rides. They'd really only need to alter the names and line queues.
Spider-Man would require a major reworking (I suppose it could have become Transformers easily enough but they already built one of those). It's also my favorite ride at Uni, so I'd be sad to see it go. I think Disney has enough to handle with Star Wars anyway, so why worry about it. Universal pays Disney to use the characters; it's like free money! They can always use Marvel in California and overseas.
