Why no biscuits?

Why aren't there are any biscuits on the breakfast buffet?
There are various other bread products. DH doesn't think it is really breakfast without them. lol

Hmm, didn't see any on my recent NCL cruise either.

Maybe they go stale too fast.

I've had biscuits for breakfast in Cabanas - it was served alongside gravy. Can't remember if it was every morning, but more than one, for sure. My last cruise was in April, for a time reference.

They used to have them. When I was on the dream last March I had biscuits and gravy more than once.

ETA- it was Cabanas too...on the buffet

We have only sailed twice, once on the Dream and once on the Fantasy, but we did not have biscuits in Cabanas on either sailing.

I just got off the Wonder 3 days ago, and I saw biscuits at least one day at Beach Blanket Buffet for breakfast. I also don't know if they were there every day or not.

I saw them at least a couple of times in Cabanas on the Magic on the most recent Northern European cruise last week.

They were on the Dream in May. I don't think they were with the other bread products/pastries. I believe they were at the stations with eggs, bacon, etc.

Yep, certainly have biscuits at Cabanas and gravy is offered too if you want them. Now, they aren't offered where the other pastries are, but they are offered.

and, for us NYers (just so those of you south of the mason-dixon line don't feel discriminated against), how about hard rolls (or kaiser rolls, if you insist) and onion rolls....oh, and just so you know, I love me some biscuits and sausage gravy (not grits so much)

Definitely had grits on last years WBTA as I love them and as a UK person we don't really get them over here (found once in Tescos and that's it). I had 2 bowls the day I spotted it and every day I found them since. It was like the biscuits hit and miss as to whether they were there or not. They were with the oatmeal just in a seperate container.

On the Magic recently, the biscuits were small and dense and tasted ok. I too can get a biscuit craving and they filled that hole. However, I prefer biscuits to be lighter and crumbly.

Just got off the Wonder 2 weeks ago, they served Biscuits and gravy every other day at the Buffet... I really like biscuits and gravy and didn't understand why it wasn't served everyday........
