LOL my first thought was Pete Werner of the Dis Unplugged podcast...and my second thought was wait...he is a character!

kevin from UP is in the background , used to be at the animation studios. He moved around from side to side.




Hewey,Dewey,and Louie have been in parades.
the march hare was hanging around by the tea cups and in the animation studio with the queen of hearts

last night I started thinking about other characters that dont even appear in the parks and here are some I came up with:

Basil of Baker street (from The Great Mouse Decetive)

Basil of Baker Street did appear, as did Professor Ratigan. They appeared several years ago as a rare, rare, rare appearance but they do exist.
