Why is Nancy Grace rude to her guests?

Why do some choose to appear on her show if they know how rude she is?

I love Nancy Grace and I love her show -- but I have to admit, I'd be a little scared to be on it. She's tough! I heard that she never lost a case as a prosecutor -- does anyone know if that's true?? -- if so, I guess the toughness benefited her in that respect.

You have to admit she's very sweet to her callers.

I felt the same way about Dr. Phil at first -- I didn't like how abrasive he was. Either I got used to it or he's softened up a bit.
