Some may think this is a stupid queston, but o well.

Every time i go to disney doesnt matter the season it's always foggy when i wake up early morning when i go out to admirer the view. Why is that?

humidity.

How does fog form?

* Fog forms when the air near the ground becomes saturated and condensation occurs on tiny particles suspended in the air.
* Fog forms in stable air with light winds, high relative humidity and conditions which bring the air to its dew point.

in other words: Fog is cloud in contact with the ground. It occurs when moisture from the surface of the Earth evaporates; as this evaporated moisture moves upward, it cools and condenses into the familiar phenomenon of fog. Fog differs from cloud only in that fog touches the surface of the Earth, while clouds do not.

i understand that concept thanks for the answer, but the thing is i live in south florida and never wake up to fog like that @ disney world. Maybe because they always are washing down areas and sprinklers running.

It is most likely from the huge man made lagoon. At night the air cools down but the water stays warm, when the sun comes up you see the fog. Since ther are no seabreezes to cool the water, the lagoon water is much warmer than the ocean and also because it is an enclosed body of water, much like a big swimming pool. So it is very warm.
