Why is Frozen attraction closed today? [Dec 25]

Just curious - does Universal have this much trouble with ride breakdowns and closures?

When we were there in 2015, the train broke down with people on it for the day...People got stuck on it for like an hour or two. Forbidden Journey was also having some issues, but I believe those were puke related...

The last time I rode FEA,the first Olaf had BOTH eyes in the left eye socket and that was REALLY creepy!lol

This made me laugh too - I think that would be pretty funny to see, but I don't have small children that would be freaked out.

We rode on Thanksgiving with FP and it was packed with people on 2 hour + standby lines looking more like they were tailgating than waiting for a ride. No mechanical issues that day, but I did see a couple of other times that week where it showed closed on the ap. I thought the ride was cute. Better than I expected.

The bigger problem IMO when headliners go down is what I wrote about on another thread. Making the FPs for everyone on line good for any ride or any time throws off the time management aspect and turns into a mess. When I experienced this one day at the MK, I felt really sorry for those CMs trying to manage angry people on the 60 minute + FP lines or those trying to get on a closed standby line.
