Why is expedia showing no availability?

Hi, I tried the expedia website to find rates for all three hotels for various dates in May - we are flexible. But, it just keeps coming up no availability. Are all the hotels really booked up in May and is there another way to check availability? Thanks.

It might be that Expedia has not received their rooms for May 2003 yet or perhaps the rooms already alotted to them have been booked. Thats the only two reasons I could think of.
