Why is Boardwalk always booked now?

Boardwalk is not our home resort, but we like staying there because of its proximity to Epcot and because it requires less points than Beach Club. A few years back, it used to be pretty easy to get a reservation at Boardwalk. The last few years, not so much. Are renovations STILL going on or has this resort just become amazingly popular?

Yeah, the refurb takes (a lot) of rooms out of service, so even owner's there can struggle to get a room with their points, so likely that is what been going on. Now if you are booking at 7+ months you probably are back to full inventory, but that doesn't mean there isn't a back-up of points from owners not being able to book. I would expect it to settle down by Spring 2025 bookings.
