Member Services was closed yesterday in observance of New Years Day. That, and it's "that time of year" to be booking 2005 holiday visits. I was able to get through twice...there is hope!
I got through by calling the toll number, not the 800 number.
I am sure they are swamped with people wanting to get more info about the AP discounts too. They cannot process them until Jan 10th, but you can get them by going to dvcmember.com and logging in. There is a link to the actual Disney ticket site and the discount is automatic (just in case that is why you are calling)
