Why isnt Rainforest on Meal Plan?

Was Coral Reef always a Table service or I thought it was a 2 credit meal?

Thanks

Gerry

I think because it is not an actual disney restaurant. It's a Landry's restaurant. Well, I'm really not sure... just guessing. :confused3

Rainforest cafe is included on the Premium and Platnum plans. We had the Premium plan and ate there for lunch. We both got lobster and with a shared appetizer and two desserts and sodas, our bill was close to $200!
So yummy though. I love lobster, espically lobster on the dining plan. :cool1:

That's correct: Rainforest Cafe isn't actually a Disney restaurant. It is a national chain restaurant, owned and operated by Landry's. They participate in various WDW programs on a opt-in basis, and they evidently decided not to opt-in to the Disney Dining Plan.

Too bad. On the old plan (silver) We had 2 pound lobsters for lunch. Awsome. :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:
