Disney is a theme park. Six Flags is an amusement park. No where near the same.
Exactly. I like theme parks but don't like amusement parks. I'll only go to an amusement park as a favor, like when a neighbor needed someone tall enough to ride with one of her kids on the roller coaster (I didn't like roller coasters but they didn't scare me). Theme parks I go to because I enjoy them.

And I got to get on about 9-10 rides in that time span, while I can easily eclipse that in the same span at MK, provided I'm there for RD.
While I know part of this is that Disney manages things brilliantly, I think people go to amusement parks for the rides, so everyone there is after the same thing. People go to Disney for the rides, the shows, the experience, the food, the photo opportunities, and who knows what else. So an amusement park that's at full capacity is full of people going for the rides. Disney at full capacity has a high percentage of people there for the rides I'm sure, but there's also a good percentage of people there for other things.
