I am actually going to attempt my first Grace dress for Miss C because we went shopping yesterday and things are cut strangely and for Cs shape it will work better. So wish me luck on that. We are doing the least ruffly version because she isn't a ruffle person.

I do have a Lilo and Stitch outfit I need to finish for a RTS again in the tween range

I alos feel there is a market for it too.

I also am working on my first ever Star Wars set for an order so I hope to show that off in the next week or so.

Congrats on getting your flights booked. The early boarding will be nice and for what you don't have to pay for luggage it is worth it. Plus if you bring carry-on's then there will be lots of room since you have early boarding. Southwest is the airline where you can't select your seat in advance. This always make me nervous but with your early boarding it will not be a problem. But then I always think, "Oh, there are no seats together so I guess this guy won't mind sitting next to my squirmy son for the next 4 hours - it will give me a break!".

Can't wait to see your take on Star Wars.

So I decided that since the Main Street Launch is tomorrow Night I would share my outfit.

It is Tween size and it was so fun to put together

I am offering it as RTS and a custom. There are so many fabulous items listed already. I am drooling.

So a bit of an update for our trips. Yesterday Southwest and Airtran released their rates for our December trip. Jet blue has been about $560 round trip. Well that is a bit rich for my blood.

I found a flight on Airtran and it was$367 but it had a layover. I don't like doing layovers with J because I don't think he will handle it well. So I decided to see what Southwest had. We have never flown Southwest. Well there were no great flights from LaGuardia or Newark and I am not a big fan of flying out of JFK so I looked at Southwest out of a smaller airport on Long Island. Called DH and asked him what he knew about MacArthur Airport and he didn't know much but had heard it wasn't bad to fly out of.

We hung up and I said I would think about it. 5 minutes later he called me and told me the parking would be $14 a day. It costs us over $30/day at LGA and he said it shouldn't take us too long to get there.

So the purpose of this story is to tell you all I booked our flights for about $300 per person round trip because I paid for Early Bird Check in so we will be the first to board and there are no baggage fees. So that is another thing off my list.

And I can't believe how grown up Lil' C is!!! And has she always had braces??? I don't remember her having braces.... I LOVE that dress - seriously!!! You always choose the most wonderful fabrics!

So today is Friday and i have to work and then come home and finish up a few things. I have 2 orders of 3 outfits each that have to go out next week. ONe is about 45% done and the other is about 10% done so it will be busy.

If I can finish one tonight I will be happy. I want to post pictures because one is a Star Wars Set and a slightly different take on Epcot.

Worked on an applique this morning and a second one this afternoon. Once I sew the appliques to the shirts and finish a pair of easy fits I will be about 60% done with one order Hoping to finish this one tonight.

I Have the last pair of easy fits cut out so I am happy about that and then I have 3 more appliques for this order.

I am not sure but I don't think I ever shared the Brace Dress I BOUGHT C. I actually fell in love with it and I have been scared to try a VIDA but after seeing the Vida IRL I am no longer scared It looks fairly straight forward. So here it is.

I think MacArthur is one of the nicest airports I've ever flown out of. I flew from Islip to Orlando alone with my 3 children (my husband had a work trip to Dallas at the last minute and met us at Disney). It's a bit of a drive from Westchester County but I really liked it there. My kids were 6, 4, and 2 at the time. The TSA people were SO nice! They helped me get through security and then helped me get my stuff together. Someone even took the time to make sure I knew where I was going. I thought the airport was clean and bright. We got there early because 1. I'm neurotic about getting to the airport early. 2. I was traveling alone with 3 kids and didn't want to take any changes. 3. We were driving to Islip on a Saturday in August and I didn't know about Long Island traffic (It was fine).

I love your clothes! I'd love to buy something for Jessica....

Thanks for letting me know about Islip. I couldn't turn down that kind of savings. Let me know what you are thinking of. I will have a bit more time after I finish these 2 huge orders I have. Everything else is smaller.

It was such a rough weekend with J. I was literally in tears yesterday morning and SAturday I went to bed at 8:30pm.

I finished 10 appliques and a couple outfits on Friday and through out the weekend. I have one more applique to finish one order which I will get done this afternoon.

I also need to finish a skirt tonight to send off another order.

I then have one more order that must go out this week but I now have almost all of the appliques done so that is good.

I will try to post some pictures later today.

after I posted a sneack on Face book for my customer she asked if Stitch Yoda could be green and I had never even though of that

I love how he came out. I have never done a star wars set and I am loving doing this.

I think my customers might get annoyed with me because I am always messaging and emailing them to make sure I have things right LOL.

Today I am working on NErds, Star Wars and my second to last Brave Set.

So right now I am also making lists of things I need to do for our cruise.

I have a dress for C and a Duffy/Cruise Set for her.

They both need pirate night customs but I can't find what I want to use for fabric.
