Why don't dates show past my 180 day date?

I arrive on 11/8 and am trying to make my reservations online. I can only see dates up to 11/8 on the website. I've tried logging in with both my acct and my husband's acct. I don't understand..
 
I think the site is havin problems - I can't book anything even if I get times the page just reloads :-(
 
I think something is wrong with the system. I have been trying to make reservations since 6am and nothing is working. I also arrive Nov 8. So frustrating.
 
I can get my dates but nothing is loading when you do get a time availability - so frustrating
 

Me too! I got up ridiculously early for this - I don't start work til 9:30 and usually don't get up until 8am :-(
 
If the online is not working will the CMs be able to book?

I'm in Canada and would have to go into work to call long distance
 
I am pretty sure the CMs can access the system. It said a hold time of 1 hour. It's been 51 minutes for me.
 
I just can't believe this. I normally have a lot of patience for this stuff, but waiting for so long to finally make these reservations, getting up extra early to do the online, and it's not working, then calling immediately when the call center opens to be told 30 minutes for the wait, and I am now on hold over 50. I am at work, trying to get stuff ready for a meeting at 9, while waiting on hold on my cell.
 
So sorry everyone is going through this. My 180+ day is Monday 5/18 and I'm dreading the system. I remember 10 years ago cussing out Disney's online ordering just with the Disney Store. I can't believe how bad they are with IT stuff.
I had a girl leave our company a few years ago to work at Disney IT (website) - I remember telling her - Good, it needs a lot of work...LOL

I'm glad I am not the only one bothered by this. I am sick but still got up early to make reservations because I didn't want to regret not doing it. Now I've been on hold since the lines opened. The worse part? Hearing Disney telling me while I am on hold that it is the "Most Magical Place on Earth". LOL
 
Let me know if u get thru on the phone and they can do the ADRs - I'm leaving for work soon and will try this all again when I get there
 
Sometimes the whole system is down and sometimes it is just the website - apparently there has been a lot of problems in the past couple weeks - probably people with free dining overloading the system :-) like me!
 
Thanks! I am at work and on hold - still can't get online to work no matter how much I refresh! Apparently people were able to get ressies this AM with refreshing but I couldn't get it to work and I am was on at 6am!
 
I was able to get a few at 6 AM on my laptop. Then the website quit working for me but the app worked. Then neither worked. Then I called right at 7 AM and sat on hold until 8:15! Oh the horror.. lol
 
I've been trying all day to make our reservations. I can make one, maybe two at a time and then the website just stops showing any restaurants with availability except for dinner shows like the Luau or Hoop Dee Doo Review. When I go back in a half hour later I'm usually able to make one or two more. Our 180 days started on 5/10 but we are doing a split stay so the rest of our days became available this morning. This is the worst it's ever been for me trying to make reservations. There's only a few times available for the restaurants we want so we have some very odd lunch and dinner times at this point. And I can't find anything available for afternoon tea which kind of bums me out but I'm just going to keep trying.
 
I finally got through after 1.5 hours on hold. I did get the reservations I wanted (now, I wasn't trying for Cinderella's Castle or BOG Restaurant). But, I still could get the ones and times I wanted. That was not a pleasant experience, but as much as I hate that you all had issues too, it's good to know others were sharing in my turmoil : )
