Why does Swiss Cheese have holes?

Swiss cheese has 'holes' due to the specific bacteria that's used to culture it!

apparently....while those little guys work....they build up some gases that have to be 'relieved'!

I think that was one explination that we didn't need. Farty cheese my boys will love that.
