Why does Swiss Cheese have holes?

Swiss cheese has 'holes' due to the specific bacteria that's used to culture it! :)

apparently....while those little guys work....they build up some gases that have to be 'relieved'! :eek:

I think that was one explination that we didn't need.;) :p Farty cheese my boys will love that.:rolleyes:
