why does everyone hate the nemo ride?

It's terrible and it makes me really miss the old Seas ride, which I actually liked quite a lot.

Wow I didn't realize it was that bad! I guess I won't be putting it on my must do list..

Good plan.

But if you've never done it....then why not give it a whirl? There won't be a line.

Everyone will be over beating each other up for a better spot in the Maelstrom queue, thus paving the way to your unimpeded trip through suckitude.

There is nothing wrong with it, it is not a thrill ride but alot of attactions aren't thrill rides. If it was on your to-do list keep it there (usually does not have a long line) and decide for yourself.

If we would have not gone on it we would have never seen the aquarium, which we love :)

We went once - boring...but little kids might like it. Mine was a teenager.

Luckily no line, so not much time wasted.

As a "ride" it's on par with the interactive queues for Pooh, etc. My (then) 3 1/2 year old loved it. I do like the photo op with Bruce the Shark and the aquarium, though. It's not much of a ride for teens or adults, though, unless you just really like sitting in a clam shell.

I like it too. Pretty much the only thing I don't like is Stitch's Great Escape. I love CoP, though I'm pretty much the only one in my family that does. There isn't anything actually except Stitch, that I would tell people to skip and that's only my personal opinion. :)

I loved it! When my girlfriends and I went drinking around the world at Epcot a few years ago we rode all the rides first, this was a favorite. It's nice and cold inside, lots of fun Finding Nemo characters, and the discovery center after the ride was fun too! We got a ton of great pictures in that section. Maybe since Fining Nemo is one of my favorite Pixar films I'm bias.

We love it. :confused3 There isn't much at Disney we don't love though. We even like Stitch. Honestly, the only ride I absolutely refuse to get on is the teacups.

We like the Nemo ride. It isn't a thrill-a-minute attraction, but it is cute and enjoyable. I must say, I think it was better done at Disneyland (using the submarines) but the WDW version is fun too. We usually do it at least once per trip.

It's easy to avoid this and still do the aquarium thing. Just veer to the left as you approach the Seas and go in the 'back door' that is normally the exit.

45 years old here and like the ride. Besides, what the heck else is there to do in Epcot, walk around and drink?

I can see the appeal to very young children, but I find it boring, pointless, and a complete waste of a ride-through aquarium.
