Why does calling the reservation center have to be such a rollercoaster?

Ugh! Okay, I had to call to make a NEW PS for LTT on 12/7 because friends of ours want to join us. So I call the 800 number, only to get a CM who was friendly, but said she couldn't do that, and told me I had to call the 407 number. So I inquired to her how come it was the 800 number I had called in the first place and had gotten my original PS for LTT. Her response, "Well you must have gotten a CM who could do it." WHAT THE? She didn't even try to help me. So when I hung up, I called right back! LOL Got a different CM who promplty helped me... made a new reservation for 9, and cancelled my original PS! So why is it that SOME CM's go that extra mile to help, when others don't seem to want to be bothered with it?

So, if anyone is interested, I cancelled my PS for 5 people for 12/7 at 5:20... Maybe it's still available! Good luck!

Sorry you had a tough time with a CM. That's just to remind us, if a CM doesn't seem to be helpful, hang up and TRY AGAIN!

I do have a question for you... how were you able to book a PS for 12/7? Isn't it supposed to be 90 days advance?

You ARE able to book a PS at the LTT for the same night you are attending the Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party.. it's a special thing. This is what so many of the CM's were having problems with! It seems as though so many of them were totally uninformed about it! Thank goodness for this board!! Now as for the rest of my PS's, well, can't make those until September! That just seems so far away! LOL
