Why do you wear makeup?

I only occasionally wear it. When I do it is to hide imperfections. When I do wear it, I do very natural look all over. I will wear it when dressing up though.

I put other. I wear make up b/c I feel that I need a little something extra. A little more pizazz than what God gave me. I'm fortunate that I have nice skin, no breakouts, etc. ... but I think that I need a bit of color than the Snow White pale that I usually have going on.

I don't wear much make up in the summer b/c I'm at the pool all the time and get a nice tan which compensates for the need for foundation. If I go out at night in summer, it's usually eyeliner, some eye shadow and a dash of mascara. Oh, lipstick or tinted lip gloss, too.

I only wear eye liner as my eyes look hollow without it. I don't wear any of the other stuff though...

I have mild rosacea, so I wear makeup almost daily to even out my skin. Makeup makes me feel better about myself and gives me an opportunity to play with pretty colors, feel girly and pamper myself. Also, I have very pale colored eyelashes and, without mascara, I feel a little "mole-like" with nothing to define my eyes.

I only wear a tinted moisturizer during the week. If DH & I go out I want to look pretty for him...but I probably do it for me, but think it is for him

I wear it because I want to. Not much either, can't wear any on my eyes, as my eyes are sensitive.

I rarely wear makeup. There are only 2 times that I ever do.
1) When I'm going out. Only when I am going out to dinner with friends or we are on vacation going out in the evening. That is just for fun since I rarely wear it.
2) For color guard. We have to wear it during performances. I didn't wear any for the first one and boy did I get it from my friends. That is to mainly keep my friends off my back. Notice in my siggy it says "And wear makeup". That is for my one friend that gets on my back the worst about me not wearing makeup.

I wear make-up as a necessity being a teenage girl going through puberty. Blemishes are always popping up so you got to be able to hide them. Make- up makes me feel pretty

I chose the answer that makes me sound most like a well-adjusted human being (that I do it for me and it makes me happy), but really, the reason it makes me happy is that I want other people to think I look good, so I guess the truth is it's both of those reasons.

I do it because I'm a pale blonde who has NO eyebrows, NO eyelashes, and a VERY thin upper lip unless I create them!!!

Because it's fun. I see it as a form of artist expression. Most of the time I keep it pretty natural looking but every once in a while I go wild. Sometimes I line my eyes in a medium green color and then put this bright, metallic green eyeshadow over it. It looks crazy cool.
