I like it! A husband exchange... Sounds good...

Actually, I think there's a name for those folks, and I don't know if its so good....

Think a toy on children's playground! EEEKKKK!!!!

We had this conversation before. Yes you are younger and you sure act it! :rotfl2:

Yea, I remember--but it was on another thread so now it's stamped forever on this one too!:rotfl2:

Maybe we can do a husband exchange instead of Croc exchange.
......so you want to leave your husbands with a front desk clerk?? or stuff them in a little box to ship them across country??? I think many husbands would get lost this way--we would need a 10 page list of rules of "How to properly exchange TFW husbands"

Although face-to-face hand-offs sound good in principle, some people just really don't look like that internet picture--so many husbands may be abandoned on sight...

Each husband would need a name plate which includes "load carrying capacity"--cause a husband who can carry a bunch of stuff through the World is pretty valuable.:thumbsup2

Perhaps we can get a list going on the Meet the DISers thread--what other useful info should we include???:rotfl2:

Yes, I'm making the rounds, catching up on the June TR's I've been missing out on. No, I have no new material for my own. I blame all you great TR writers that are sucking me in! ;)

Terrific start DM!:thumbsup2

Thanks a bunch for telling about your experience with the former-smoking-now-non-smoking room. I've been really worried about how these rooms would smell, so I'm happy to hear your report!

At first this went over my head but then DUH I got it. TE's comments below are hilarious!

Maybe hubby's in the lost and found sometimes may not be so bad. They would really appreciate coming home then! I love your comments on that TE!!! :lmao:

Thanks for coming on over to read V! We have been waiting patiently for you to update yours but you give me more time to work on mine then...;) . Yes, I was worried about the former smoking rooms to the point where I might have been ridiculous. But all was totally well!! :thumbsup2

Hello everyone. I wanted to fill you in on a couple of things. First...I had to update my Epcot Day...part 1. I added a paragraph that I totally forgot about in it. For any new readers, they will just read it. For all you followers right now, here is what I added:

As we were getting ready to leave my cell phone rings. I was wondering who could possibly be calling me now. It was my dog sitter, B---. She said that she had picked up Jake and he was very happy to go with her, even jumping right into her car. But when she brought him in her home he immediately went over and pee'd on the kitchen floor and then proceeded to go over to her husband's weights and pee on them. My heart sank. This was totally not like Jake. He has never ever done that! Now for those of you that read by pre-trippie, you know all the problems I had with this whole dog sitting situation. I won't even go through that now. So B--- just was worried that Jake would continue to do this even though he had never done that the previous time he stayed there. I asked her if she let him "do his business" around her home before she took him inside and she said no. I told her that we usually let him to that when we take him somewhere and I seriously doubt that Jake would do it again. We ended our conversation by the agreement that if Jake did not stop doing that then she would take him back to our garage and she would come and take him out 3 times a day. I tried to make my mind at ease with that but there really was nothing I could do at that point but try to block it out and enjoy ourselves.

Now I want to go on to tell you what Rob bought me for our anniversary. I had just got done sending an email to Courtney telling her that I am definitely NOT a flowers type of girl. Give me scratchers. Rob walks in with this...

My mouth gaped open and I chuckled. I had to tell him what I just told Courtney but still told him that I loved the roses. Rob then pulled out of his pocket these...

Woohoo!!! :woohoo: Scratchers!!!!

And ready to hear what I won on them? Get ready and brace yourselves. Now, after I tell you I don't want any of you calling me to ask me for money, no matter what your sob story is. I will disown you at that point!

I won $2. :lmao:

Oh well, there's always Mega Millions tonight....$126,000,000!

Allright I am a little slow. It took me like 5 minutes to figure that one out.:sad2:

You're not the only one! I was sitting here thinking for the longest time and couldn't figure it out so I actually got up, walked to the window, and looked out at the playground (I work at an elementary school). I went through every piece of equipment out there until I figured it out. Of course the swings were all the way at the opposite end of the playground so they were the last thing I got to.

Such an idiot! I blame it on what I call "vacation brain". It takes a long time for my brain to function normally again after I get home from a vacation!

My mind must be right next to Courtney's in the gutter cause I got this right away;)

I still think you are calling her the B word!!!!

And I feel your pain--I only want happy pet news--I worried for 3 days about the phone call from my sitter that my little dog was afraid of the storms.......

:rotfl2: My MIL gave me $25 worth of tickets for Christmas and I won $5--I did combine it with the $20 of my husbands and put it on my DISNEY snowglobe!
(But I'm too practical--I really would have rather had the $25 in cash.....or a Disney gift card!)

I think this husband exchange might work--we can even coordinate our ADRs so if one husband doesn't want to go to a place that we like--we can just switch and get another agreeable husband!!! Could work with resorts too.........get your mind out of the gutter, GCs cause ya know "there's no alone time at DISNEY"!:rotfl2:

That's what I thought she was saying to! Just call her by her name DM. She'll never know. Or make up a name like Oblivia, except we really do call my MIL that sometimes.

Since I didn’t get a PhotoPass card yet I couldn’t scan it and boy I was mad.

Loving your TR!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say that I did have a PhotoPass card on my last trip but was putting it in the wrong way :confused3 and couldn't get the photo added to my card. The CM there told me that I could go to the photoshop (near Spaceship Earth) and tell them the time and they would add it to my card. That did work for me.

They have a CM there who takes your card and puts it in the machine. I went to do it myself and she was already asking me for my card

Or maybe we can just drop them off at their own little meet and we can all have fun! You know, like Jo, DLM & others are doing in August!

Fine! Actually, she may know because she did start reading my PTR. But I doubt she would make it over here. So, her name is Brandy.
