Why did you pick disney

Why did you pick disney as a hoilidy destination as when we first visited was when DLP opened we priced it up and it worked out cheaper to go to WDW we only planed on going once but have been 15 plus times now.We do like places like benidorm but after 3 days there the sun and beer too much for me give me the fun of the parks any day

Because DH and i are big kids

Seriously,We picked it as a once in a lifetime trip for our honeymoon last year.


Second trip next month.

Oh I love this question. especially when all the people reply who aint got any children. Lol.

My DF and I saved up over say a 4 month period to book a late deal to the carribean. (We had never been interested in going to disney before). So I was looking around the net for a deal, when I came across virgin and just priced the holiday for fun and an hour later I'd booked it. This was our once in a lifetime trip!!! The rest is history, it's now 3 years later and we've just got back from our 4th trip, a wedding planned and a timeshare.
What more can I say.

We first went to WDW in 1997 after several trips to DLP. Again it was a 'Once in a Lifetime' trip, but in 9 days time we go for our 6th visit!! And as we joined DVC 3 years ago there will be many more trips to come. I think it is a mixture of the magic that only Disney can deliver and the great weather(well almost always). Then there is the shopping, the food, the fantastic exchange rate etc.........

We went after DH had been called up in 2003 to serve in Iraq with the army. He is in the TA. I wanted him to be able to go somewhere that you can suspend reality and just believe in anything after the seriousness of the place he had just been. He fininshed his tour at the end of Oct 2003 and we went on 6th November. We thought it would only be the first and only time but lo and behold we are going again this year and I am trying to persuade him for next.
