Why did you choose your User Name?

At the time when I signed on I didn't want people to know my first name (unless they already knew me and then I'd tell them). So I picked another name of mine (Helena) and added it to a nickname of mine (Bear) and came up with that. If I signed in now, I'd either be Elaine (which I think is taken) or elainebear

A good friend of mine will occasionally call me Blondie, so I went with it.

Pembo was my dh's nickname in H.S. It's a shortened version of his last name. Now it belongs to me!

I worked at the Disney Store back in 1995 for a couple of years and they gave each cast member a Disney name, and mine was Snow White (my hair looked just like Snow White's and I sing a lot!)

All the other names I wanted were chosen. I have browneyes. My eyes get a few comments from time to time (who knew blondes were NOT supposed to have brown eyes?). So I tried the username and it wasn't taken.

DH said I should pick a Disney name, but I couldn't decide. He told me to try to think of a character I identified with. My doctor once said I was practically perfect. That made me laugh because it made me think of Mary Poppins. DH thought maybe Merry was better, since I'm always smiling. So now I'm MerrryPoppins or just Merry.

My kids are Cameron & Colton, so I used their nick names.
I originally signed on here as "cc", but after a while that seemed boring and there were a lot of other people(mostly moderators,CathyCanada, Chris C, etc.. ) with those innitials. So, I changed it and made it a little longer. Someday I may become CameronColton, LOL!

I started using the name AngieBelle in another Disney chatroom several years ago. Belle is my absolute favorite character, but so many people use her name for a screen name that I thought I'd combine it with a shortened version of my real name, Angela. Incidentally, before I started using AngieBelle, I always went by Angela, not Angie! The only people who call me Angie, most of the time, are those who first met me through the internet.
