I rarely use the Facebook chat feature. However, the few times I did use it, I thought it was a very easy feature to navigate.
I can't figure out the new chat feature. Why do they show only a limited amount of people on the sidebar instead of all of your friends? How do you know who is online to chat? They used to have everyone's profile pic with a green dot to let you know if they were online or not. Now, it appears they completely eliminated that feature.
Also, what does it mean if the sidebar shows the person's name but there is no picture next to that individual? Does that mean that he/she is online?
I just don't understand why they changed this feature. As I said before, I didn't use if very often; however, I found it very user friendly in the past.
