Why did MDE let me book FP well before 60 days?

Yes, I was able to book the 12th this morning. I could not see the 13th but, unless they fix the error, I would expect to see it tomorrow.

I still can’t see anything. On app or website. I’ve logged in and out a million times, refreshed a ton, tried just looking for me and not both of us.

Hmm that’s a good question. I wonder if the people who were able to book fp before their 60 days could report if they have date based tickets or not.

Our window did not open early. We have 2 year old Canadian resident tickets (from when they didn’t have expiry dates)

I was able to book my FP for my husband and kids. Our FP window starts next week and we have the old dateless tickets, Not AP though.

I tried to book on my account and logged into my moms account for her and my sister and it wouldn’t let me do anything or even look at any dates. She has new date specific tickets.

I was only able to book SDD. It won’t let me book anything else.

My daughter was able to book all of our FPs 60 + 2 days out. There was tons of availability for everything. She had to keep refreshing numerous times but they all went through. That was two days ago and now we are obviously within our actual booking window and the FPs are still there. We are AP and have a reservation at a WDW resort.

It is letting me book more days now but after 10 log ins and outs, I may get one. It does not show day 7, may 13, the last day of our trip as an option, though.

Such irony when they block rolling after an onsite checkout for guests with Splits but have windows opening early and rolling for select ticketed guests.

I was able to make May 5, 7, and 8, but couldn't the 9th. I didn't try May 6 because I don't think Epcot will be hard to get anyway. I had to refresh a few times. I quick after I wasn't getting success refreshing after 4 or 5 tries in a row. I'm just going to wait for my regular window. I should be good for the days later in the trip. I'm a little worried that the ones I made may not stay and I don't want my account to lock up. (Not that I have seen that it will, I'm just a worrier)! I only made one for those three days because I kept having to refresh. Also, I had the new date based tickets.

When I looked 2 days ago I was able to book the 5th-10th, then yesterday I got the 11th and today the 12th

When you were not able to book did it keep saying you didn't have tickets or they weren't linked? My mom's does that with the new date based ticket but mine lets me book the next 30 days. I'm just trying to make sure there isn't an issue with her ticket linked to MDE and me.

If you don’t have a date-based ticket, then that explains why you are able to book FPs.

Each type of ticket has specific coding so the FP system knows when to open the booking window and the valid length of the window.

The system isn’t synced with non-date-based tickets right now as MYW Tickets and restricted Comp tickets are being treated as valid for extended booking. Apparently date-based and AP coding is being read correctly by the FP system.

Yes. I got that error among many different errors and I was able to book when my window opened on Tues.

I am a split stay, 1/5 and all days were available, they appear to have been still being treated as continuous at that time, 2 days early, arrive 4-27 depart 5-3.

I was able to book all days May 5th-12th over the past two days. They are all gone today. I can still make them, I tried one to see if it worked and it does, but am not going to waste my time since they can all disappear again. Anyone else have theirs disappear?
