Why did I only get a 20% off code?

I order the DVD every year, plus the ones for DVC and the Disney Cruise Line. I have an AP and the Disney VISA, plus I go to WDW three-five times a year. I've done every survey they send me and also do the surveys every time I get stopped in the parks for one. I've made sure my email address and mailing address are correct in their system. However, I've never received a code. They appear to be completely random.

Same thing here. They can say whatever they want. Marketing, Mickey's fanny. Guests that go often, they don't bother giving discount codes to. If it was random, the law of averages dictates that with all the people getting codes, the people that go often would get one too.

You sound like me, lol. I even stay on the phone after talking with a CM to answer the phone surveys. Guess I'm not worthy :worship: . ;)

Disney must think there are turnip trucks running all over the place where I live because I got an email today that stated on the top "A Dream Offer for the ***** family!" I read the offer and investigated and they are offering me the rack rate at a Value resort for the time I stated I wanted to stay when I called a week or so ago looking for PINs in my name. Oh Boy. Just below that they offered 20% off for other dates that I can not go. I can get 15% off from AAA for the time I want to go. I am hoping these offers keep coming and get better every time, or is this a mistake. I mean this is not an offer they are giving me except for the 20% deal, but rather just letting me know what full price is.:thumbsup2

I recieved a PIN offer for free ticket upgrades. A week later that discount was released to the general public! Imagine how not special I felt. I called back to see if there were any room only offers (there was a hint to it on the postcard) and they said they could "convert the package to a room only ressie" and quoted me 20% off (I had to do the math myself) For right now we are sticking with the ticket upgrade since there was no availability at the moderate we wanted with the 20% off, we opted for the value resort with the extra savings for more fun :dance3:

I got the same email as "YesMickey" -- just found it today in my junkmail folder but it was sent out on Thursday. I got it following my ordering of the DVD -- which got here 2 weeks ago but that the email says "will arrive shortly". I can't go either for any of the dates except the ones in August and who wants to go to FL during hurricane season?

No code here. But we just got our DVD today so maybe there is hope if people are getting codes 2 weeks later. I would be happy with even 20% off.
